Elizabeth Park

It was good to be at the opening of the new Elizabeth Park in Bolton town centre last week.

The thing I particularly appreciated was the number of new flats and houses being built in the town centre, which is a key part of its regeneration and also an indication of all the houses that would’ve been built on our greenspaces if the Conservatives on Bolton Council hadn’t delivered.

The redevelopment of Bolton town centre is being part funded by the Government’s Towns Fund, that I helped to secure.
