Junction 7 on the M61

Following on from my meeting with the Minister for Regional Infrastructure, I have met with the Minister responsible for Motorways who has confirmed that the £500m pot of redirected HS2 money will be opening soon for bids.

Junction 7 on the M61 needs to be delivered because we need to take traffic off our local roads in Horwich and Blackrod before traffic reaches built up areas.
