Nitrous oxide has been banned with it now being categorised as a class C drug. This means that possessing laughing gas is now illegal and could result in 2 years in prison.
A lot of people across Bolton West have raised this issue me with, especially with canisters being littered across public spaces and in hotspots for anti-social behaviour.
I would be interested to hear your thoughts on this change to the law.
