The Licensing Hours Extensions Private Members Bill, brought forward by Emma Lewell-Buck MP, is designed to facilitate communities in celebrating events of international, national and local importance.
Not wanting to tempt fate but I don’t think the Minister will be able to get the changes through the Lords by tomorrow though.
