Bolton West MP Chris green has today praised the valuable community work that The Football League Trust and Bolton Wanderers Community Trust undertakes in Bolton West.
Pictured with the Capital One Cup at the 2015 Conservative Party Conference, Chris heard first-hand about the positive impact that The Football League Trust and its 72 Football League club Trusts are having on communities from Cardiff to Carlisle and from Plymouth to Peterborough.
Using the power of football to improve people’s lives, every year The Football League Trust engages over 1.5million through sport to improve health, inspire education, reduce crime, increase participation and tackle many complex social issues like drug abuse and homelessness.
In Bolton West, Bolton Wanderers delivers a range of health, education, inclusion and social impact programmes via the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust, making a real difference to people’s wellbeing.
