Chris Green has discussed the concerns about over-crowding on our trains with commuters who want extra carriages at peak time. Chris, as our prospective MP, is calling on Transport for Greater Manchester to provide extra carriages.
Chris said “There is disruption to services due to the work being done but the electrification will be completed by 2016 which will be good for jobs and businesses. There will be additional carriages later in the year during peak times as part of the NW upgrade programme but more needs to be done now.”
